What you will do – Essential responsibilities
Work with store associates to understand the real-life challenges of customers and discover what they need to move seamlessly between the online and in-person shopping experiences
Collaborate with colleagues in product design, product management and systems architecture to develop experimental solutions and bring great ideas to life
Market your new ideas internally and evolve them according to feedback and critique within an agile environment
Stay on top of industry trends and best practice to continuously improve what we do and ensure our customer experience is the best it can be

Qualifications and requirements
5+ years of full stack application development experience required
Experience as a software developer working with product teams
In-depth knowledge of relational databases such as Teradata is preferred
A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Exceptional communication skills
Technical Specialties / Minimum Qualifications:
2-3 years’ experience with cloud computing, preferably Microsoft Azure
Experience developing scalable and supportable Enterprise Data Lake patterns
2-3 years’ experience working with Big Data frameworks, preferably Apache Spark
2-3 years of software development experience in either Python, C#, Scala, or Java
Hands-on experience in design and implementation of ETL framework for data warehouse projects using Informatica PowerCenter/Teradata.
Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
Experience with database technologies (such as Teradata, or SQL Server) and Data Warehousing concepts.
4+ years overall data engineering experience including guiding ideation, design, and decisions in a collaborative team setting
2-3 years’ experience developing NoSQL-based data solutions, preferably Cosmos DB
Data pipeline development with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
Focus on complete solutions including unit/function/integration testing, documentation, pipeline monitoring and support, and team teach-outs
Experience working with streaming data and technologies, such as Azure Event Hubs
